Dashboard

A business intelligence tool within Skynamo that provides insights into user activities and customer interactions. This visual representation of data can be used to monitor operations, track key performance indicators and analyse trends assisting your business in making decisions.

Tile

A tile is a component on the dashboard that contains specific content or data. Some tiles provide further information via a click through.

Visit

Each time a customer is met by a rep either at their premises, at a different location or virtually it is recorded as a visit.

Leaderboard of customers based on invoice values.

Year-on year sales

Comparison of sales figures over multiple years.
