Forms on Skynamo: Data Collection for Smarter Business Decisions

Are you struggling to get your reps to comply to guidelines? Wondering what conversations are happening at customers? Are you dealing with broken bits of information that you have to put together yourself? Well then, Skynamo Forms are the answer for you!

Forms are a powerful tool designed to streamline data collection in the field. Whether you're gathering customer feedback, conducting training checks, or capturing order-related information, forms provide a structured and customizable way to collect the data that matters most to your business.

What Are Forms?

Forms are digital questionnaires that can be completed by users directly within the Skynamo mobile app. These forms are created and managed by administrators through the Skynamo web interface, allowing for full control over the structure, content, and availability of each form. For instructions on how to create forms on Skynamo see How to create a Form

Each form can include:

  •  A Variety of Field Types: There are different field types that can be used depending on what information you are trying to gather, or what purpose you are trying to serve. For further explanation on the different question types, see Form fields - Explained
  • Specific Configurations for each Form field: Each form field has its own set of configurations, such as whether you want the field to be compulsory. See The different form field configurations - Explained
  • Specific Form Configurations: Each form can also be configured to be available for specific users or customer groups, to be emailed out to specific recipients, to appear with certain activities, and more

How Forms Work

Form are set up by Management on the Skynamo Web interface with the necessary questions and configurations and are then completed by reps in the field. The results of the completed forms can then be downloaded by management in Excel: How to download Form results

Practical Functions Beyond Data Collection

In addition to gathering information, Forms can also serve practical functions:

  • Email Recipients: Add an email field so users can send a copy of the completed form directly to the customer or direct manager.
  • Signature Field: Include a digital signature field for customers or users to sign off on the form, adding a layer of confirmation or approval.
  • Terms and Conditions: Attach terms and conditions with the label field to ensure transparency and compliance, especially for order-related forms.
  • Banking Details: Include banking information with the label field when capturing orders, making it easier to process payments or set up customer accounts.
