Click on the Products heading to view the desired information: 
Please make sure that your filters are cleared, so that all products or customers are shown:
To download your complete products database, please click on the "Download all (.xlsx)" button, as can be seen below. 
For the Customer Page:
On the Customer Page, you will find the option to download the database as displayed below:
Please ensure no filters are applied:
Both the Products / Customers database will be exported in .xlsx format.
