This video tutorial on YouTube guides you through the Dashboard and provides an overview of its key functionality:

  • Key information displayed up front at a glance to easily identify where attention may be needed.
  • Layout of the dashboard with two different sections or views:
    • User view including visits, interactions and sales data. 
    • Customer view showing top and bottom customers based on invoices and number of visits versus sales over a period of time.
  • Filtering the data by date range, user roles and users.
  • Click throughs for a deeper dive into data available.
  • Option to download datasets in a CSV format or to Excel or alternatively build your own report by selecting the columns you require via the Manage columns button.
